Healing painting using colour; chromotherapy. This painting was created for calm, comfort and delight. A place where worrries are disgarded and the mind can fully rest. A first success for the artist in terms of her own journey into abstract painting under tutorage from the late Sandra Blow, RA. Her letters of enthusiasm and encouragement remain prominent in the studio, while working. Her words and the artists memories of their time working at St Ives embrued in the paintings. The artist has 6 paintings in the H set presently in New York.
