This mixed media collage is a slight departure from the norm in that it features a classical bust instead of a vase. Jules thought it might be fun to have the flowers ‘exploding’ from the head and features many background layers built up and then sanded back several times over.
Whilst not a diptych in the traditional sense this piece does pair well with another original collage titled ‘All For One’.
It is a mixed media collage on canvas combining acrylic and household paint, spray paint and hand cut collaged elements taken from her extensive floral library. The graffiti and typographic elements originate from Bristol, Jules' local city and Brick Lane - one of her favourite haunts in London. It has been professionally framed with a 250mm deep wooden tray frame in black.
Please note that whilst this artwork has been sprayed with UV protection it is recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
